Marc Caro at the festival

Voyage Fantastique, a section devoted to French production, lands in Trieste for the third year, with the purpose of bringing the new frontiers of French digital cinema to the attention of the audience. The retrospective will be sealed by the presence of Marc Caro, director of Dante01 and, together with Jean-Pierre Jeunet, of Delicatessen and La cité des enfants perdus. A comics artist and an experimenter of 3D animated graphics, Marc Caro will be at the festival to introduce some of his popular works to the audience. Within the retrospective, at the Cinecity there will be screenings of La cité des enfants perdus (Jeunet e Caro, 1995), Dante 01 (Marc Caro, 2008), Les milles merveilles de l'univers (Jean-Michel Roux, 1997), Le Pacte des loups (Critophe Gans, 2001) and The Science of sleep (Michel Gondry, 2006).
