This year Science+Fiction features the second part of Marx Attacks! retrospective, devoted to science fiction films from Eastern Europe. The retrospective, organised in collaboration with Alpe Adria Cinema, features thirteen films made between 1960 and 1985 in Czechoslovakia, Poland, Jugoslavia, Hungary and DDR.
In the twentieth anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall, watching these films offers us the chance to reflect on the artistic signals foreshadowing the end of the Iron Curtain, dystopias and utopias, post-atomic nightmares, propagandist space-operas and escapes in the world of fantasy will be in the schedule of Marx Attacks!, in Cinecity Multiplex screen 6 from November 24th to November 27th.
