The moment of truth
When Russian history and j-pop unite
20.10.2009

What would have happened in World War II if a Russian teenage girl would have had the skill of foreseeing the Moment of Truth, the crucial point where all the forces will converge, where one person alone will be able to change the course of the battle?
After being featured at Cannes Film Festival 2009 and winning the Moscow Festival, anime First Squad - The Moment of Truth lands to science+fiction too. It’s a free adaptation of Pioneer Heroes, a Russian comics of the 1980s, and it sees Misha Shprits and Aljosha Klimov’s Russian studio Molot Entertainment collaborating with glorious Japanese 4°C studio, responsible for worls such as Animatrix and Tekkon Kinkreet.
